It's easy!
1. Simply call us or use our web page and ask for a quote for the program or programs you are interested in. After receiving your request, we will contact you and go through some options in order to give you the proper quote.
2. You will receive back a quote and order form. Fill it out, sign, and send back the form by email or fax.
3. After we receive the order form, we will call you and discuss your gift card customization. Send us your logo if we don't already have it. We'll then put your card together and email it back to you for a final O.K.
Each program reaches a crucial demographic segment and boosts your sales, so they are all important. Every nursery should be using our New Homeowner program to bring in shoppers new to their area.
For our Garden Cards programs, most garden centers should start with the exclusive Garden Lover’s program, because of the powerful list we are able to supply. Moore Consulting is the only company that has been able to identify and target these key, higher-spending garden buyers and reach them for your garden center. This list has only been available since January 2009 and is a proven business builder!
Call us and we will work with you to develop the best program for you based on your location and store. One excellent method is to mail monthly to a different group. For instance, we can start out in early spring with a mailing to Garden Lovers, then one month later mail to Seniors. In June we can mail a customer appreciation card if you have a POS system. But specific timing will depend on your climate and business.
No. New homeowners are at a critical “life transition stage.” It is important to reach them with a special invitation because they spend much more than the average established homeowner, and they are developing long-lasting store loyalties at this stage in their life. They may not fall into any of the other list categories, and if they do, it is important to keep reaching out to them to strengthen their ties to you and help convert them into loyal customers.

For the Garden Lovers, Mother’s Day, and Seniors lists, your list begins with a radius study around your nursery or another area you want to target. The software gradually expands its search until it identifies the number of key targeted homeowners you want us to mail to.

Moore Consulting carefully layers key factors within the parameters which result in a truly unique and powerful list that will attract key, higher-spending buyers into your garden center.

Call us and we’ll work with you on this, using your customer list for a June or July mailing. Our postcards with the additional pop-out key tags are especially ideal for an appreciation campaign!
Yes. There are minimums, so call us and ask about this. We can also supplement your list with a list we purchase for you.
Of course! We have three different card templates you can use: a single pop-out plastic gift card, a card with two pop-out gift cards, or our unique gift card plus key tag. You can have a profession design the card, or if you send the artwork and wording to us, we will lay it out according to the templates and send it to you for approval.
Keep in mind there is an additional charge for this, but you can use the excellent artwork we have already developed free of charge. Using one of our pre-designed cards makes ordering a quick, turn-key solution to bringing in new customers or rewarding loyal customers.
If you give us a list of 100 of your best customers, or give us your entire customer list, we can clone it and target a list of homeowners that matches your names, while removing duplicates. It is powerful technology that allows us to do this. There are minimums and additional charges for this service, so we almost always recommend mailing to our other lists first. By the way, when we do list studies we never sell, give away, use, trade, or in any way compromise your customer list, which is your private property.
Our plastic pop-out postcards, sent to either a store customer list or our Garden Lovers List, are becoming very popular. The first nursery that signs up for the program has certain privileges of priority of use, so sign up today! That nursery gets first pick of the mail date and the card they want to use.
